Thanks for the info. My doc told me on Monday that it was okay to have 1 or 2 cups a day. Preferably decaf.

I drank coffee throughout my pregnancy (except the beginning..I had bad m/s) and I have healthy babies.
Go ahead and have a cup, or a soda

I try to limit myself to less then 300mg of caffeine a day. I sitll have my coffee....Im not worried.

I'm a huge coffee drinker and my doctor told me up to 2 cups of coffee a day is OK.......BUT ever since about wk 6 I cant even take the SMELL of it!!!!!

I started out with 0 but now I have one small cups a few times a weeks. I certainly feel less guilty after seeing this all over the news.

My Dr always told me that one cup of regular coffee a day was perfectly fine.
I still do half caf/half decaf just to be sure, but I do have it every morning.
