It's not so much the replacement for Rehnquist that worries me because Bush will have one jolly of a time trying to find someone to replace him who is just as conservative, so it probably won't make much of an impact. What truly worries me is the replacement for Ginsburg considering she was a moderate, and oftentimes a swing vote  I'm really scared this country is going to the crapper

This is going to be interesting...I hope he continues to focus on the hurricane victims for now instead of trying to choose someone new. I don't know how good he is at multitasking.

I think you mean O'Conoor although there are rumours of Ginsburg retiring as well.

I think you mean O'Conoor although there are rumours of Ginsburg retiring as well.
Ooops, yes, I meant O'Connor... and if Ginsburg retires, that's it, I'm moving to Canada
