headaches
at 11 weeks, just started getting horrible headaches. did anyone have this? what helps?

Yes. I am attributing mine to weather and sinus.
I have horrible migraines usually but it's "supposed" to be better while PG.

yes i got them at the start of the preg. up until 15 weeks, tylenol extra strentgh you can take

I had them too & still sometimes get them, I heard MOST Of the time it is related to your not drinking enough water.....up your water intake.

I used to get really bad headaches but they seem to have tapered off. It wasn't from lack of water either, because that's pretty much what I drink all day. Tylenol did nothing for me so I just dealt with it. Luckily I haven't had any headaches lately (knock on wood!)

yes! OMG terrible headaches!! like pains throughout my whole head!! I was about to go to the ER before I learned it was a symptom of pregnacy...LOL
I have never had them SO BAD... and they last for about 3 - 4 days at a time!
Tylenol did NOT work... sleeping or lying still with my eyes closed was the only thing that helped....
I'm now almost fifteen weeks and (knock on wood) I havn't had one in a week...
