How often do you go to your OB?
How often did you go to your OB after your BFP.
I saw mine this week and I have to do bloodwork on the 25th, then I have an appt for the Feb 5th, then I heard he will want to see me weekly for the first few weeks....its normal for him since he's a high risk doctor but I am curious what others go throug???

My doctor's office doesn't see you until you have reached your 8th week. Unless you have had a previous problem. I did however ask for bloodwork prior to this to make sure everything was ok. But, I am just about 8 weeks and haven't seen the doc yet.

I initially saw the dr after my BFP for blood test and confirmation of pregnancy.
My first appt was at 8 wks. Then every 4 wks.
Starting at 24 wks I will see her every 3 wks.
Then it's every 2 wks and at the end it's every wk.
Unless you have a medical reason, they don't see you every week at the beginning.

I am high risk. With my first I had a few office visits ( I just calculated-think at least 20+ which include my hospitalizations unfortuantely) so I knew it would be the same this time-A PIA but exciting since I got to see our daughter so often. Hopefully this one sticks and I get spoiled the same way

my first visit was at 6 weeks and then i had another at 8 weeks, now i wait to go again till 12 weeks which is 1 month away

I went the first time at 5 weeks....and then every two weeks until I was 3 months. Now it's once a month.

I am hopeful for as regular a schedule this time around After he checks me out in the 1st trimester of course. I was so envious of moms who had eay pregnancies the first time around.

i go to a high risk and a reg and was there constantly in the beginning. After they watch for whatever they watch for it usually eases up.
WHen I went to every 3 or 4 weeks I still had my reg doc so i am still there 24.7.
Now I am going every 2 weeks again.

I go every four weeks, but starting next month (around 32 weeks) I will start going every two weeks, and then every week after that.

From 8-32 weeks, every 4 weeks.....
After 32 weeks, every 2 weeks
At 36 weeks, every week....

i am 18 1/2 weeks and i go every 4 weeks, till i think my 7 th monh and then its every week or soemthing like that, every office is different
