Re: Can I eat...
Things they say to avoid:
Any cheeses that are not pasturezed - blue cheese, feta cheese. There is def. a list on here somewhere from last week so I would do a search.
Cold cuts - people have different thoughts on this. Apparently cold cuts if not bought from a good clean place could contain a bacteria called listeria - which can get to the baby. I also posted an entire paragraph about what I found on this awhile ago. Try to do a search. If you heat the cold cuts up though they should be ok. Lots of girls eat them though - so i think everything is fine in moderation.
Another no no is some of the fishes - the one i can think of off hand is tuna bc of the mercury. Again, everything in moderation and you are fine. I think I am going to get myself a huge tuna melt tomorrow bc I am so craving it.
Ladies - please correct me if I was wrong on anything or gave the wrong reasons why. I am sleepy and just woke from a nap.

This is true but the cold cuts - unfortunately it is not just about a clean and busy place - it can come to the store already with the listeria.
