Prenatal yoga tapes?
Like em? Hate em? Does anyone actually use them? Is it safe for me, a woman who's never even done yoga?
Or will these wind up collecting dust?

I have been alternating between these two.
I like them both. Shiva Rea's I feel is more meditative and relaxing... where as the crunch is more upbeat. If I'm even decribing that the way I want to.

i just ordered yoga mama off amazon.com this am for only $8- giving it a shot... i'm totally out of shape as it is....hoping it makes me feel alittle better

Be aware that with Shiva Rea's you need a yoga block and a strap for 2nd trimester. 3rd just requires a chair.
