JT is out with his friends at the movies, so I took it upon myself to make a really nice dinner and have a nice glass of wine. JT doesn't appreciate good food or wine. He prefers hot dogs and soda, so this was a nice change

Good for you! I so wish I could cook...or had wine...maybe one day! 
I do miss my GF - the bum moved to Italy and doesn't want to come back  - we used to have fancy wine tastings just for fun...

I made myself stuffed peppers and don't laugh, but I love red cabbage. And it was a nice white wine. i have a bottle of red, but I'm waiting to drink it with someone else, it's no fun drinking it alone!

Wow that is a fancy meal! I seriously don't know how to cook...which is odd because how does a person that's not gifted in the kitchen get so fat?
Rach that sounds delish...and lucky you for being able to drink red (and saving it for a special occassion) it gives me migraines.

Well.....there is a slight problem of my nose getting stuffy with red, so it's not ALL pleasure
We'll just have to drink some really good white together one day!
