Baby Einstein

I am looking for the full DVD set. BRU only has the set of 4, or else they come seperately. Target lets me put it on my wish list, but not on my registry.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get the complete set (vols. 1, 2 & 3) without selling my firstborn??? Or where I can register for it? Thanks.

Re: Baby Einstein

Maybe just register seperatly at BRU and hope you get most of them?

I know if I saw someone had a few on their list, and I was gonna buy one, I would buy at least 2 of them. Hopefully you will get most?

That's what I was thinking too.

Register for them all and you are bound to get the whole set.

Re: Baby Einstein

Costco has them. They have 2 different 10 pk. sets for $79.99 each. Much cheaper than if you were to buy the DVD's each seperately.

I wouldn't go to nuts just yet with the Baby Einstein. I did and Andrew absolutely hates them.. Now they are just collecting dust.

My DS and my DD had no interest in them at all. I just recently sold my 15-DVD box set collection of Baby Einsteins on ebay. maybe check there.

I would agree, we have like 3 of them, but the kid doesn't watch them. He liked them for like a day, but now just watches any old cartoons. The ones I have, I got on Ebay for like $5 each

Re: Baby Einstein

I have both sets from Costco and like said before they are collecting dust at the moment... I would wait and see if anyone gets you some as gifts before you go out and buy them.

I am keeping htem for now because I am hoping when I have my second they will like them...

I have seen them being sold on ebay..Take a look there...

I wouldn't buy all of the Baby Einstein. Just get a couple to see if the baby likes them first. I would start out with Baby Bach or Mozart (mainly because when the baby is mellowing out, you can eat dinner to the music).

eta. Also later on you'll be buying Letter Factory, Word Factory, Math Circus DVDs. (yes, my chlidren are being raised by TVChat Icon)

Gianna doesn't watch them either. She would rather watch what we are watching. But i don't plop her in front of the tv either.

Re: Baby Einstein

OK I will just get one or two -- and the one in Spanish. We'll try them out and see how it goes. THanks for the tips ladies!!

On ebay I saw comments about them being bootlegged -- which I won't buy for my own personal ethical reasons.

I thought more than watching them I would have them for background sound, since I work from home.

Anyone want to sell theirs?? LOL...
