Same here. It was definitely earlier with the second one - mainly because I recognized it.

I thought I felt something at 14 weeks - but I haven't felt anything since - so I'm not so sure

I felt it at 16 weeks with my daughter....
This time I thought I felt something around 13 weeks. But wasnt 100% sure until 18 weeks that I was actually feeling the baby - even though I am pretty sure I was!

This is almost exactly me, except I'm still not convinced that early "movement" wasn't all in my head.
So, I definitely felt movement several weeks later this time, but I also consequently found out that I have an anterior placenta (in the front). This has not affected my feeling movement at this point though.
