BUYBUYBABY Registry
My whole registry is gone. I try and get on and it says the registry has been removed
I called and can't get anyone on the phone, I had to leave a message. Anyone else having this issue???

I just spoke to someone and they said they don't know what happened but they have a hard copy of everything that was on it, purchased and still needed and if when the system refreshes tonight it doesn't fix the issue then she'll manually re-enter everything.....
my shower is this Saturday... so much for last minute gifts!!

I had problems updating my registry on-line. I went into the store someone called corporate and the problem was fixed the next day. Their customer service and the speed at which they fixed my problem was excellent. I was actually shocked when they said they would call me with a follow up the next day and they did
If you can't get someone on the phone do you have time to stop by one of the stores?

She was actually very understanding and said she was taking care of everything.
Unfortunately no I have no time to go to the store, the person I spoke to said that she would call me in the am at my office and let me know what was going on. Hopefully it will resolve itself tonight once the system is updated.

My sister called me about this---she said mine disappeared too! right when people are shopping for my shower.

I just hope if and when its back up the information is correct...cause right now I have only two items on my registry as purchased and they weren't

They said the same to me that they would call me the next morning. I remember thinking surrrrrrrre, when pigs fly but they actually did and problem was resolved.
I hope it gets cleared up soon.
