I definately experienced this at work when I was younger, in my early 20's. I felt it more from women than from men. I hate to say that, but it's true.

I have never really felt that, it might have something to do with the fact that I look older. I am the youngest person in my department and well respected by supervisors.But every once in a while, the problem I do have, is that older people have trouble taking direction from me at work.
