Yes, on the bottom it reads:
CAUTION: Tiny Rhinestones pose a choking hazard and may be hazardous to health. Keep away from babies and small children. This pacifier is a novelty item and intended for use as a decoration piece for adults only, not a toy and not intended for use. Use at your own risk. It is likely that stone(s) will come off eventually. Free replacement crystals are packaged with your pacifier as a courtesy. You will need to replace the crystals yourself. Please handle your pacifier with care. This care instruction is also included with your pacifier.
It would be a dust collector.
