If Breastfeeding-What do u register for?
Im considering it and if all goes well will do it until my maternity leave is over.
Is it worth getting a pump and other accessories?

Definately get a pump! I pumped from the 5th day home from the hospital so that my husband was able to take over feedings if I was too tired. Its not the greatest, but the Avent Isis pump was good and you pump right into the bottles.

Re: If Breastfeeding-What do u register for?
I plan to pump during and after my maternity leave so that the baby gets used to the bottle but still has the BM. I would suggest registering for one - I am looking to register for the Medela Pump In Style. If you do not get what you register for at the shower you have two options...buy one or rent one from the hospital.

I think I am going to rent one from the hospital. They charge like 50 bucks a month and I think I will only need it for 3-4 months.

Re: If Breastfeeding-What do u register for?
I had the avent isis in the beginning - and that was good - hand pump, took a long time, but it was good for the occassional.
the pump in style advance is great if you are going to do more pumping - like at work - or if you will exclusively pump (for whatever reason)
but IMO you can make that decision after the baby is born, I just couldn't get myself to register for pumps.
but if want other suggestions: BBB has medela BFing bras which I thought were great, storage bags, breast pads, etc

i would register for the pump, freezer bags etc. BUT DON"T OPEN A THING until you know for sure the BF'ing pumping thing will work for you and you def will BF.
I have 300 bucks in pumps and more in accessories, and i wound up using it like 2 times. I HATED pumping, i LOVED nursing!
