omg- I am so naseous!
The naseousness is really bad this morning. Everything is making me ill! I just walked past this guy in the hallway- and his cologne almost made me throw up! Ugh!

It will get better, hang in there
Try to sip something that agrees with you throughout the day, and try not to let your tummy get empty, that makes it 10x worse.
Snack, snack, sip, sip

Awww - so sorry that it hit you.  But welcome to the club.  Just tell yourself that it will get better - and hopefully end well before the pregnancy is over.
Crazy me - I hated feeling nauseous but when it was gone..I got scared.  I actually missed it for a few days (that didn't last long though) because at felt it was a part of the pregnancy..without it I didn't feel so pregnant for a while.

I'm so sorry - the nausea was really the worst part. I almost liked throwing up better because at least there was an end to feeling crappy. The nausea just never goes away.
Try some sucking candies. People told me lemonade or lemon candies. I always drank gingerale. I hated the saltines so that didn't work for me. Someone had recommended Ritz crackers though (which I didn't try)
It will get better!

Well, after a fairly "quiet" 1st trimester. I am now "lucky" to have m/s.
There is a virus going around so it could be that.

yes I had it really bad in the beginning of pregnancy, I almost fainted on the train once... have some water with you at all times...

Oh Liz...i am so sorry...it does get better. I was really nauseaus for a while but it seems to have almost gone away. Just the occasional little bout but I can handle it. hang in there!!!
