Starving...eat two bites...full
So annoying. I get sooo hungry so quick, then I eat 2 bites and I am full. 20 minutes later....starving again

I was like that for my entire pregnancy! I would prepare a HUGE plate of food, lick my chops, dive in...bang. Full.
Thats why I only gained 2.5 lbs!!!

I don't even get hungry! Seriously? Pregnancy has been the best diet I have ever been on! I eat way healthier and A LOT less.

that happens to me all the time plus I have a problem with appetite, I dont seem to have many cravings at all... I eat because I have to!

I was like this a lot in the beginning. I would keep my plate out for a while after I felt full, and would end up picking at my food 20 minutes after I gave up...
Now I can't stop eating everything in sight! (Probably why I gained 12 pounds in one month!)

Last night we went out to dinner....I ate the salad and then could barely touch the entree because i had filled up on the salad.
if i eat too much - i feel really really sick

Ughhh.... I hate being like this. It just happened again at lunch, went for chinese, orderd a big plate of food and didnt even eat a 1/4 of it. Now im dying im so hungry.

I had this all throughout my first and now it's starting again. I usually cut whatever I'm eating in half and save the other half for 30 minutes later.

That's my problem. I eat but much smaller meals and compared to what I used to eat is much less.
Probably why I had loss 2 Lbs at my 12 wks Dr's visit.
I think if you had a few extra pounds to begin with (me!!!), you can still eat during your pregnancy and lose weight or not gain as much.
