I would not but it's totally up to you.
I just read an article saying that they actually don't know what exact amount of alcohol is safe or unsafe during pregnancy.

I had few sips of wine with my christmas dinner but it didnt really taste that great... weird and I was craving it like crazy... I'd say if you feel comfortable with having a glass of wine, go ahead but if you are going to stress about it later, then dont

Honestly? One glass will be fine. Enjoy your birthday. I know people whose doctor's say to have a few sips of wine to relax and sleep later on in pregnancy.
I wouldn't, only because I feel like crap all of the time and wine wouldn't help. But my SIL was 4 months at her wedding and I have MANY pictures of her with champagne in her hand and my neice is fine.

Of course.
My Dr reccommended it during my first PG when my BP went up. He wanted me to have a glass of red wine 2-3x a week. SO obviously he believes it was ok on that frequently of a basis.
I have had wine on Thanksgiving and on Christmas ....
the studies that say that they cant tell what a safe amount is, point out that the studies done show that multiple drinks are safe but that there has never been a test allowed to show what say a glass a day can prove.

I think as long as you are out of your first trimester - 1 glass is fine.
I only had sips during my first pregnancy - but those sips, probably equaled a small glass here and there.
I had a little sip of DH's beer at xmas - just to wet my pallet - beer never tasted so good!
