Can I eat Escagot
So for x-mas i am going to my SIL and her parents are french and make the yummiest escargot, does anyone know if i can eat it? Thanks!

How are the prepared? I am not a doctor, but I would think as long as they are cooked you should be fine.
ETA: I don't have a doctor who is the food police and I've had a tiny bit of brie cheese and salami at times.

Since they are cooked I don't see why not. There are nothing but snail, garlic and butter. Just make sure they have been properly prepared (they cut the bad part before stuffing them back in the shell).
You may still want to ask your dr. first though.

Since she was going for Xmas, I don't think her doctor would want to be bothered with this ON Xmas.
