Can I eat Escagot

bayla Love my two kiddos :) Member since 8/06 7178 total posts Name:	Can I eat Escagot So for x-mas i am going to my SIL and her parents are french and make the yummiest escargot, does anyone know if i can eat it? Thanks!

Just make sure they have been properly prepared (they cut the bad part before stuffing them back in the shell). You may still want to ask your dr. first though.
