How did you tell DH
Anyone do anything funny or creative to tell DH that you were preggo??

I put the HPT test on a paper plate, and put it at his place at the table, then called him to dinner.

The first time I brought the test to TGIF's and told him their. He never saw a pg test so he didnt know what it was. This time I took a picture of test and put it as the wallpaper on the computer and he started telling me about his day and I bursted out laughing that I saw something funny on the computer. When I put the computer on I told him to go look.

With Katherine, I told him on Christmas morning...after waiting a long two days of keeping the information to myself!!
This time, I took a picture of the digital "Pregnant" test and bought Katherine an "I'm the Big Sister" t-shirt. She was wearing the shirt and handed him the picture when he came home from work.

Nothing creative here. I called him and said "Congratulations Daddy!". I was in Chicago at the time we found out. Luckily I was flying home the next day.

Woke DH up and told him to come check something in the bathroom. Since he was still sleepy head he just followed me. Then he saw the HPT on the sink and hugged me.

DH was away on a fishing trip for an entire weekend and I took a test on the Saturday morning.
I thought of a poem and wrote it in a card that was waiting for him when he got home.
I wanted to kill him when he read the mail first!!
Anyway between the poem telling him someone was coming to meet him in May and three pregnancy sticks (to confirm)--he was estatic!

we took the test and looked at the results together...
This was us. We bought the test together and I went in the bathroom with my hands shaking when I took it and then danced around waiting for 3 minutes to be up. I was so nervous I almost wanted him to look at it first.

I tested and brought the test into him and said "Are my eyes seeing things"..LOL he said "If they are, then mine are too.".
The next AM I took a digital, went into the bedroom crying and woke him up saying "Hon, I need to show you something" and handed him the stick.
Of course, I was late for work that day.

the first time--I filled the entire house with blue and pink balloons and blindfolded him.
2 time my sil ran out with a pregnancy test....
now...he knew it was coming--we did ivf

I was having problems so I was upset and I called him to tell him what happened when the doc called back with my results and I blurted it out. We had been expecting a BFN so we were in totall shock. He said, "I have too go. I can't think straight."

I took a pic of the digital test & put it in a "we're expecting" card saying what a great dad he's going to be & an "I love my daddy" bib. He had worked all night but I was so excited he was half asleep & I told him I had a surprise for him & handed the bag to him....he couldn't go back to sleep

DH is a huge Simpsons fan. So I bought a Simpsons "Worlds Greatest Dad" T-shirt and put it on right after getting my BFP. I called him into the room and he got it right away.
