I had a friend who used them and was generally happy. In terms of price, they were a little high, but she felt the service made up for it.
I also have another friend who just used Kitchen Direct in Bohemia, and she was very happy with both the price (which was somewhat negotiable) as well as the service. The owner gave her some great ideas that other kitchen companies had not.
