Great Quote for Movers!
Someone on here recommended Leonetti Bros. in Oceanside and I just called them and got a great quote.
I don't have all that much stuff to move so they gave me a flat rate of $475 for three men! Yippee!!!! Now I don't have to watch the clock!!!!

I recommend them all the time- they are FANTASTIC!!! totally loved all the guys that worked with us and we used them on three seperate occassions this past year!

I used them for our move from an apt & a storage unit to a house and I could not have been happier - they are awesome - they actually came in uder budget - we were super organised and once they got to the apt, they started moving boxes - it saved us the cost of at least an hour by having everything all ready to go

wow thats great- how much stuff did you have- we never considered movers cause we thought it would be too much but this may be worth it. We have a 2 bed co op- do you have there #

really- b/c they came to my apartment to quote me and told me 8 hours and $1500- and I thought I had about the same about of stuff as you??????

Sure, their number is 516-536-0344. I have a one bedroom apartment and not a lot of furniture.

Just wanted to let the ladies who are moving soon know that Leonetti Bros just came to our 2 br apt this morning and quoted me $750.... almost half of what i've been quoted elsewhere

ugh...ditto(with Beth)! They quoted us $2,000 for 8 hours!
We had it done for HALF the price by a rec on here - Allied Movers.
Not to mention...Allied did NOT charge us extra for wardrobe boxes, etc. Where LB was charging us for every little thing.

Allied just left 5 min ago from giving us a quote. They were $1,000 for 7 hours. Leonetti was $760 for 7 hours. With both we have to buy insurance for either $100 (allied) or $200 (LB).... I'd rather go with the cheaper one. DH thinks Allied sounded more professional. What do you think??

Check both quotes over completely. Our quote from LB had a LOT of "hidden" charges - wardrobe boxes, blankets, etc. Allied didn't.
Also, speak to Allied...maybe they can come down in their price to meet LB if your DH is more comfortable with them.
Good luck. I know the girls above had great luck with LB...
