As a migraine sufferer, I feel your pain!!
Has this been consistent lately? I would suggest if you see a pattern, perhaps seeing a neurologist.. they can definitely try to pinpoint what types of headahces you are getting and the best way to treat them

I do suffer from migraines, but quite honestly, I haven't had them in a while. I know I should go to the doctor and get medicine, but if I am TTC is it smart to go to the doctor? I guess, I should ask them, right.

Feel better!! Did you try taking excedrin migrain? It always works for me.

Yeah that was the same problem I had , Marcie - I had to go off all my migraine meds because I was TTC , and I knew I couldn't take any of that stuff if I got PG .. so I learned to "deal with" them..
So far in this pregnancy I've been ok, up until today .. headache from he!! 
I know how awful you must be feeling, but maybe you can ask your doc just in case

i been getting bad sinuses headaches all week today i didn't! oh thats right i was not at work! but seriously i have been geting headaches all week and i think its due to the change of weather.
