Motherhood has surprised me so much..
Did anyone else's child just totally fall into their routine?
I was so nervous that Megan wouldnt fall into our routine as most babies dont, they make up their own. But I am happy and surprised to say, that she goes along with the flow of "us" its so amazing!
She goes down a little later than other babies but sleeps until 11 the next morning, straight through. Sound doesnt bother her when she is sleeping. Light doesnt bother her either. We leave the tv on at night, bad habit of mine, and its never bothered her (shes in our room.)
She is so easy just to take out and go anywhere with.
I am just so surprised how well she fell into our lifestyle. We truly are blessed...I am waiting for the day that changes though

That's fabulous, Noreen. I'm so glad because with all the anxiety during pregnancy, it's nice to know it all works out We're lucky in the sense that Ava is SO adaptable. She'll sleep anywhere, eat anything, doesn't care what kind of bottle you give her, where you feed her, what toys she has. She'll go anywhere and be an angel. At home, another story

OMG I am so jealous.
Motherhood surprised me in that Dd has totally forced me to change my lifestyle completely.
Getting up at 5, having to time outings around her naps or moods......You guys are so lucky!
But I wouldn't trade her!

Same here! Luca is the biggest blessing, but he's not the easiest baby.

Jacob's not been so easy either, he is very much a creature of habit but its the habits I created for him. He cannot stray from his routine, sleeping especially, or he turns into a mighty mighty BEAST!!! You moms of easy babies are very lucky
