Has anyone ever switched off of Gentlease?
It is so expensive! Has anyone switched off of it and had a good experience?

Re: Has anyone ever switched off of Gentlease?
When DS was born I went from Similac Advance to Gentlease and was not a good experience. I believe he had an allergic reaction. Then we switched to Nestle Good Start and we stayed with that.

Re: Has anyone ever switched off of Gentlease?
I too switched from Gentlease to Good Start. Marron was HORRIBLE on Gentlease. She was still getting breastmilk 1/2 of the time when we made the switch. I ended up putting her back on solely BM for a week and then slowly switching to the Good Start. I think you can make the change as long as you do it slowly. I believe on the Good Start web site they explain how to make the switch.

We switched from GentleEase to Good Start and had no problems. I did the switch at around 5 months.

Yes it is cheaper. Walmart has them for 4.19 a can ( I believe) and so does Walbaums.

Yup, I go to Babies R Us and buy the case(6) and it's $25.00 (4.17 a can).

I think this is referring to the RTF. I buy the big can of powder (25.7oz) for about $21-22.
