Anyone familiar with Fly pentop?

Anyone familiar with Fly pentop?
If so - I have a few questions - my 9 yr old stepdaughter wants it for xmas - do you need the computer, or can you just buy the pen and the paper? I am on the website and cant figure it out....

My niece has it and I am not even sure. My SIL said just get her some games to go with the pen.

Yeah - I think you have to get the computer first, which is pretty much the pen, and then get the games and stuff to load into it....
