Need help with Dorothy's Ruby Red Slippers!!!

Hi Moms, I need help! Ava is completely obsessed with the Wizard Of Oz. I cannot find those red, sequined/sparkly shoes for her that they sell in Target. I need a size 8/9 (toddler). Every target I have been to only has very small or much larger sizes. A friend of ours just gave her a pair in a 10 1/2. She usually wears a size 8 wide at Stride Rite. These shoes are sooo big, she keeps wiping out. All day long, I hear crash,bang!!! and then a sweet little "I'm o.k." So before she really hurts herself, I need to get a smaller size. I could barely get her to bed with out the shoes!!! So, please, if anyone sees them- please let me know where asap!!!!

I have an extra pair, I dont know what size they are. They arent the ones from Target. They are a slip on that came with Emmas halloween costume. I will check the Target by me if you want. I know they had them in Red and black a few weeks ago

Walmart has them. I got them for DD's Dorothy Halloween costume.
