I would say weight of stroller, reclines, basket and 5 point harness (for me cause DD hated being in the carseat part so she was pretty young when I moved her into the regular stroller).

fully reclines
easy to fold
easy to move wheels they should be able to move sideways
i want to see the baby so the handle has to move to the other side.

Totally depends on where you plan on using the stroller...

Exactly! I have more than one stroller. I mainly use a double stroller now bc I have 2 stroller age kids but when I had one child, I still alternated between 2.

#1 was lightweight & folded small & was easy to maneuver in small spaces. Negatives are it has a small basket and the Adult cupholders aren't as stable as the big stroller (can't hold a coffee in them)
#2 was my Mallrat strolller - big basket and cupholders. Negatives are that is was pretty heavy and didnt fold very small.

A must have for both - full recline, snack trays for kids.

5 pt harness is definitely good, esp when they are small so they dont flop forward. I dont have them on my double stroller and my 6 month old who is a very new sitter does fine in it. Weight limits are generally around 40 lbs. which IMO doesnt matter b/c by that weight they are usually out of a stroller anyway.
