Question about Bundleme's
This is probably a very stupid question but here goes:
OK so the zippers start at the bottom, one zipper on each side. Where does the zipper stop. By the shoulders? Won't the tops of the shoulders get cold? How do you deal with the shoulders/neck area? If anyone has pics of their babies in the bundleme with it totally zipped (or zipped to the point you know they are definitely warm) I'd love to see them. The thing I have I dont know if I'm crazy about it (the one from Kiddopotomus) but I am a bit confused on how the Bundleme's zip. I hope I'm making sense. Thanks!

i zipped mine up to the shoulders. with this cold weather lateley i SO wish i could still use the bundle me. it was so much easier!

Its zipped all the way up in this pic, but the flap is folded down. It gets toasty-warm in there. Ella's always hot when I take her out.
(on the right side of the picture, you can see where the zipper stops)

I never liked the Bundle Me because of that. There is another product I had with my DS and I loved. It was a cover that went over the entire carseat and it had a face hole and zipper. I would just add a hat and a blanket underneath and it was perfect. I tried a BM with my DD because it looked so comfy and cozy but def preferred the carseat cover.

I always make sure DD has a sweater over her onesie or shirt with the Bundle Me on. and a hat. She always comes out hot.

I have been worried about the same thing! And to top it off, DD always tries to kick the Bundle Me off, so it is usually pushed down to about her waist. Today when we went out I put a hat on her and when we were out in the cold, I folded the flap up so it was over her face lightly for a few minutes until we got inside. I really don't think we're going to be able to use this all winter.

Oh ok I see where the zipper stops. Her shoulders never get cold? She's so adorable!!! I love that pic. Thanks for posting!

That's what I have, the one from Kiddopotomus right? I am not sure how warm it keeps him, because I can see that the elastic doesn't go all the way around the carseat, it can't because of the handles (where the handle connects to the seat itself). And the cold air can get into the hole where his face is and inside the carseat, so I usually put a light snowsuit on him anyway which really sort of defeats the purpose of the cover IMO. Plus a colleague who had a baby over the summer brought her in and she was in the Bundleme and the lining was much softer than the lining of ours. I don't know what to do. I don't know if DS would kick the bundleme or not...and I don't have the money to waste if he does...

i love it for this reason and its so easy -if you go shopping its easy to undo too..without having to take them out of the carseat!
