So nervous
I have my first apointment on Monday and I'm so nervous about all the blood they have to take and just talking to the doctor. I drank alcohol before I found out I was prego and I probably did some other dumb stuff. I'm just so nervous and I can't help it. I'm getting butterflys in my tummy and trying to hold it together but I keep thinking oh man what if something is wrong..I'm sorry..I just needed to vent..

You're going to be fine. I had a big ol margarita that night and then took a pregnancy test later only to find out it was positive!

yeah the night before was Sunday and we ALWAYS have cocktails while watching football..i had taken a test and it was neg so i drank the whole day and then the next day i got a BFP..its just so many things and I freak myself out because I have too much time on my hands and I research everything on the internet..not a good thing..

When I found out I was pregnant with #1, I smoked my last cigarette I knew I was ever going to have. Jake turned out just fine.

I was WASTED the night before I found out I was preggo at my BILs wedding. I didn't think it was our month at all - and I wasn't getting my period for a few days. You don't have to worry about it that early on.

You know its like real now..like in 6 days i'll see the little bean and I think i'm just scared. Its so much to take in and I'm not good with the blood tests. I have to stop looking on the internet..TMI is not a good thing sometimes :)

We were skiing the weekend before my SIL found out she was pregnant! AND we definately had some alcohol that weekend too.
My neice is fine.

I understand. I don't look when they take the blood out - and it really helps. I close my eyes before they even get out their tools. It's not that bad! You will get to see your baby so you won't even be thinking about the blood. And yes - the internet makes you worry for nothing sometimes. Just trust your doctor and know that if you have any questions - you have a ton of girls on here who have probably been through what you are feeling!

The baby doesn't get anything through the placenta for the first 5 weeks or so of life (it gets it's nourishment from the yolk sack). So rest easy- nothing you've done previously would do any damage.
