Would you be dissapointed , re. holiday cards

I place my order with Invitingsmiles.com on Nov. 14th or 15th and on the websit it stated that it takes 3-4 business days to receive your proof if their is a picture included. I didn't receive my proof until Nov. 27th (it was via email also. I had one question so I emailed them back and she answered it and said that she is going ahead with the order (I never said yes). She also stated it takes 3-4 business days to process the order but I would get a confirmation from UPS stating it was shipped. I received nothing as of yet and I feel like I am not going to get them anytime soon and I picked standard ground deliverey which is 7 days not knowing it was going to take this long. I sent them an email today asking if the order was processed and when will iI be receiving them. At this point I just want to cancel the order. I paid $78 for 45 cards and I think that is alot considering the service I am getting is not the greatest. Would you be upset aswell?

Heck yeah! I'd be pizzed too. I would definitely speak to someone there and if your order has not gone out try to get them to ship it priority with no extra charge. They took longer then their website claimed, they should try to get you your photos a little quicker.

I would be mad too. That is alot of money. I just spent $17 for 50 cards at Costco. I took the pictures on a Saturday, downloaded them that night and picked them up at lunchtime on Monday.

So I called last night and they weren't answering anymore calls according to their message and the voicemail was full. I also never got a response to my email so I sent another one today. I think I will give it one more day and then just cancel the order and make a card on photoshop. I wish we had had the program when we placed the order because that is what I would have done.
