Hot flashes?
Anyone getting these? I am so afraid of getting sick, but I think I jsut had a temp spike & stupid me, I left my thermometer at home. (Yes I actually carry a thermometer with me)

 I have been having major hot flashes - I had a bunch today while I was Christmas shopping. I guess it's normal?!
And - WHY do you carry a thermometer with you? 
When is your next appt. with Dr. H?

And - WHY do you carry a thermometer with you?
When is your next appt. with Dr. H?
I know I am a total hyperchondriac. I carry a thermometer with me because I decided NOT to get the flu shot for several reasons. So now I carry a thermometer in case I get a fever over 100 degrees I can go straight to the hospital.
I see her this Thursday at 6:15. When is your next?

YEP! And I too was taking my temp all the time, afraid of a fever...then I realized my base temp is like 99.1-99.3 right now..ALWAYS...so Im always hotter then normal.
I had the A/C on in my car the other day when it was like 45 degrees outside
p.s I see Dr. H Thursday too at 3:15

We do always just miss each other!
I opted not to do the ultrascreen. I am so paranoid about everything I did not want to dwell over the results for the next 6 months

I kinda wish that I would get them (maybe I shouldn't wish too hard) because I am always cold! I have always been cold but I was looking forward to finally feeling warm this winter. So far no luck.

I find they make me colder.
The flash only lasts for a couple minutes then I shiver like I'm in the arctic because of the sudden drop from hot to regular.
