Hazard Insurance
We are getting closer to closing and I confirmed that we do not need Flood Insurance and I have started the ball rolling for Homeowners Insurance, but what about Hazard Insurance? Do you always need it? Is it in additions to Homeowners? I just want to be sure we have everything covered.

Hazard isurance IS Homeowners Insurance.
Its just another name for it in the bank world.
