Repost...Help Me Move!
Hey All! For those of you that don't know yet. My company has offered me a promotion and a relocation to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I have accepted and will be moving sometime mid September. I need everything from spoons to a bed. Is anyone here selling there stuff? Do you know of anywhere I can get stuff at a reasonable price?
Location is no object...I can have movers pick up the stuff and move it straight to Pennsylvania!
I am and will remain to be a New Yawkah (as they say out in PA) at heart. Will be home lots and lots!!!
Love You Guys! Thanks for all of your help, as always!

Re: Repost...Help Me Move!
Stacy,
When Adam and I moved, we got a LOT of our furniture from Raymour and Flanigan down here in Delaware. We LOVE IT!
In fact, I bought my mattress from Macy's and I wish I hadn't because we could've gotten a MUCH better deal at R&F. I'm not sure if they have any stores in Pittsburgh though.
Oh, and PS - Good luck and congratulations!!!

Re: Repost...Help Me Move!
Like Shana said IKEA. When I moved to Chicago after undergrad, I bought all the basics pieces there (except for couch). The company I was going to work for paid for movers, so I just had all the boxes stacked in one room at my parents house ready to go. And 6 years later I'm still using some of the furniture in our new house.
Between Walmart and Target, I got all of my accessories and small appliances - sheets, towels, bath stuff, kitchen utensils, toaster, blender, etc....
Good Luck!
