did anyone see this or use it??

ETS: oh wait, i didn't read it right, its telling me i should gain 30. wheww, i was about to freak out!

It is saying I should gain 25-35 lbs...so I guess I am doing really well because I have only gained 10 lbs so far and I am almost 22 weeks! 
Unless I blow up over the next few months...

they say breast = 1pd, I'd go more with 20pds each. That would be more accurate

35 to 45 lbs
and that is with twins. I'm more than halfway through, all belly but up 23 lbs already... week 21 but I probably will only last to week 34-38.

It says 29.96 lbs for me which sounds about right. From what I read in my pg nutrition books, if you have a normal BMI, you should gain between 25-30 lbs.

Thanks for the link! It says I should gain between 25-35 pounds. I gained 14 pounds so far and have about 10 weeks to go, so that sounds about right.

I was wondering that too- I got the same- 25- 35. Since I am at 28pds at 35 wks, I will fall right in this range.
