I tried to use this and I got the same error, so I called 1800gapstyle and she put it thru on the phone saving the 30%..

When I called, she said that the computer wouldnt accept it but she put it thru manually and was going to "report" a problem with the code. I got an email confirmation - lets see if it really goes thru! I also put it on my Old Navy credit card so shipping was free too..
