If this baby doesn't come out soon I'm gonna lose it. I can't get comfy, I can't sleep and everything hurts

i know...i don't know how much more i can take. I am not due until 12/8, but with twins they convinced me that I would have delivered by 11/18.... but i am still here.
Have some dessert... that always helps me
Just think she will be here soon and she is getting stronger every day!
