I get these cramps...
...when i dont drink enough water throughout the day or just fluids period. Anyone else experience this?

When I dont drink enough, I do get some cramps, as well as dizzy feelings. I am not sure what you are asking about the heartburn though.

if you are cramping you are dehydrated. i wound up in the hospital 4 times last summer for being dehydrated.
they put you on an IV and you feel so much better within a little while.
It is so important to drink liquids!!!
