I'm a bad mommy...
I usually leave DS in the middle of my bed while I go get his bottle. I very very very foolishly left a pen on the bed, totally forgot about it. So when I come back into the room DS is looking up at me with the pen in his hand and pen marks all over his face!!!!!
I immediately cleaned him up. I don't know if he stuck it in his mouth. I looked inside but saw no marks.
Oh my god he could have poked himself in the eye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
