One more formula ?
My DS has been on powder formula, after first being on RTF, for about a week...He came home frm the hospital on RTF...I noticed he's been more gassy on the powder...Is this possible?
Could the powder just not agree w/ him...I know I am mixing it right, so thats not it...My husband couldn't get the powder today so I got 1 large can of the RTF (enough for tomorrow). I will see how he reacts through the day tomorrow...Just wondering if there could be some gas problems w the powder...Any1 else have this prob
Extra info...he seemed to go #2 more regularly w the RTF too

I don't know if there is any correlation. I just prefer the rtf even though it is more expensive. I could just never seem to get the lumps out. Good luck. Sorry I was no help.

Oh yeah, there is another post on here titled "formula moms" and someone says their DC was gassy on powder.

My children were definetly more gassy on the powder formula so we only give them the Ready to feed formula now. I thought it was me too, but everyone sees such a difference with them on the ready to feed formula so it is possible for your child to be more gassy with it.
