There's just way too much stuff in the house we are buying.

My agent called the other day and told us to call her to set one up when we want to do it. She said the day before closing is the normal time. She said since no one lives in the house, she didnt see a reason to do one, but I figured since we hadnt been in the house for a few weeks, and the owner has had people there doing the work that needed to be done, it would be good to do a final walk through and make sure that everything worked before we closed. We dont want to find any surprises.

Scott, you should definitely do one...you just dont know if you'll see something that maybe you missed when you first went to the house...
