My friend and I had the most HYSTERICAL conversation
about how our DH's are not allowed to have any opinion on the names of our children. She and I agree perfectly on names and our DH's have the same silly arguements about names for the SAME REASONS!!
We also decided they can't even name the dogs, they have to stick to fish

i agree...
every name i love... dh has some reason he doesnt like it...
mostly girls names that remind him of beautiful woman or porn stars.... i get so mad... and tell him he's a idiot!!

OMG I have this EXACT same problem with DH. Everytime I mention a girl's name I like he says "but that's a famous porn star"

OMG I have this EXACT same problem with DH. Everytime I mention a girl's name I like he says "but that's a famous porn star"
me too!! Every time I liked a girls name he said it was a strippers name or porn star. It must be a man thing
I ended up letting him come up with his favorite 3 names and I picked from their. It was much less stressful that way

That sounds like my DH!! I said to him the other day "by the off chance that this baby is a girl can we at least think of a name"

Mine is like that too, but since our big sono is soon (like 10 days) he is starting to realize there is a possibility that it will be a girl.
