Baby Names....matching?
If you have or plan on having more than 1 child, do you try matching their names?
Like we are trying to think of names for the second.
If its a girl I would like to use Adrianna since that was the name I was stuck between the first time around.
And then for a boy I'm stuck right now between Aidan and Alessandro.
My DH likes Aidan but I said that Jiavana and Aidan sound weird together. lol. I'm trying to think of signing my christmas cards next year. Yet Jiavana and Alessandro are two cute Italian names.
Am I the only one like this?

No, I'm totally with you on matching the names. I have a Katherine, so I am looking for something as traditional/classic most likely.
Do you have an Italian last name as well? If so, I think Alessandro would definitely sound nicer. If you don't, I think Aidan would be OK too since girls' names I think are more "flexible" sounding if that sounds right, and since your DD has a non-traditional spelling. I think Alessandro paired with a--let's say--Irish last name would sound a bit unusual though.

Re: Baby Names....matching?
we have a german last name. my dh and i are both 1/2 italian 1/2 german. so jiavana's name actually flows really well. both boy's names sound good with our last name too.

Re: Baby Names....matching?
I have been thinking about it before I even found out I was pregnant for the 2nd time. For a girl we are either going with Daniella or Natalia. For a boy I have no idea! I like the way Luka sounds with both those names.
I think I like Alessandro better than Aidan with Jiavana. And I think Adrianna and Jiavana sound nice together. Actually one of my cousins is Giavana and her birthday is 7 days after mine.

Re: Baby Names....matching?
I agree with you, i want our names to sound nice together, even with Dh and I.
I have limited #2's names to not ending with NA, cause i want them to go, but not rythm with Gianna.
For a girl we are thinking Natalia, Emilia, Ava, Isabella and for boy, we are pretty set on Jack.
We are both italian.
