what are some of your favorite
books that you read to your kids? im thinking of giving a couple of books as part of a gift for my SIL's twins for xmas..thanks

I love Goodnight Moon and the Nancy Tafuri books like I Love you, Little One.
ALso the board books that have pictures to be labeled are great for us right now since she likes to turn pages and so we skip all over if we actually read the story --- things like books of colors, books of animals, etc. She points to different things and we say the names and she names the ones that she knows also.

I love Goodnight Moon too - DD is so so about it. Her fav's are The Going to bed book - Where is Baby's Belly Button -an Animal Safari book - and 8 little monkey's dancing on the bed.
