No returns on Zulily?
So I'm new to this Zulily thing but it does look like they have some pretty good deals on things. Is it true you can't return things to them? It seems fine if buying toys or something similar, but what if you buy clothes and they don't fit your child? Are you just out of luck? Seems super risky to me, no?

Nope no returns. But I love Zulily. Some items do take a longgggg time to get to you. So if you need something in a pinch Zulily is not the place to shop lol. I had a problem with an order. Wrong item was sent to me. Called customer service and was told to keep the incorrect item and they sent me what I had ordered in the first place free of charge. So even though you cant return they try to help with any issues you may have. BUT just be careful sometimes they charge more for an item than you can buy it from another site like Amazon. Always price compare before you buy.

I agree with what the above poster posted. Plus keep in mind shipping is not free. And don't bank on a dress fitting for a certain occasion. Last year I ordered dd's Christmas dress from there, and it didn't show up til November. It ended up being huge on her, and at that point, i had a hard time finding her size in the stores. But yes, I do shop them, more for fun stuff!

Also if you see something you like google it. I have found their prices are not cheap at all. You can't get housewares and stuff like that cheaper on BBB and I looked at clothing and found the exact same item cheaper on amazon.

this is my experience as well.
Yes, always check beforehand. I have ordered dresses for DD from them that I couldn't find elsewhere.
I find their customer service to be amazing and I did return a pair of shoes once, though they said they couldn't normally do that.

This - and once you add in shipping, most times it's cheaper to buy elsewhere... I've gotten a couple of things from them that were a good deal but, usually find better deals elsewhere.

I've found a lot of the things on there are cheaper on ebay or Aliexpress since they come from China. Many of those "no name" boutiques get their stuff from overseas and sell on there

All of this exactly. I scored a pair of free leggings that they sent me by mistake. 
But they do have great stuff.
