Never gain weight, without a doubt! Two arms are plenty.
ETA: You're asking this to a board full of almost all women. I think the overwhelming majority will say never gain weight. But if this was a board of men, I think the opposite would be true.

LOL- I think most women would GIVE UP a current arm and live with just one- in exchange for being able to eat whatever the heck they wanted and not gain weight!
