Wedding Gift Question...Please Give Your Opinion
A friend from college is getting married in upstate NY. We haven't really spoken in years but are FB friends. She was at my wedding 11 years ago, and that's the last time I've seen her. We never had a falling out...we just live far apart and grew apart.
I was really surprised to be invited to her wedding. DH and I aren't going to go but I want to send a gift. She is registered through Amazon and a honeymoon fund. How much would be appropriate to spend on a gift?

Do you happen to remember what she gave you at your wedding? I know I know - you don't HAVE to give it back and people can never agree on this. But if she gave you say $200 for just her and she attended, $100 is good. If she gave you $100 for just her, $50 would be fine.
Personally, for a wedding gift and not attending, I'd send $100 or something worth $75-100 off the registry(like a setting for her China)
