Did you try the Vulcan Firehouse in Lynbrook? They have a good size room and I believe it is $500 for the rental. Comes with unlimited ice, full use of their soda gun, oven for reheating food, tables and chairs.
I have had many parties there. They are so easy to work with and always have one guy onsite the day of your party in case you need anything.
Thank you for this! They are right by my house and I just booked them for my DD's christening!
