just want to vent and I'm hating all companies right now
Cablevision, you sit on the phone for over an hr trying to trouble shoot!!!! then, nothing!!! Cable loves to blame every issues on the wires in the house, poor location of modem etc, how about you just provide crappy service and charge through the ass for it
Dell, because no one speaks English or speaks it well (yes I said it) and they cant understand my complaint and I dont have the patience to listen to them. They keep repeating everything I say including my name and keep putting me on hold!!!!
The Dr's office, 3-4 month wait, because the Dr is now part time due to her new administration position. Now going on 2 days waiting for a call back
Work because everyone is ....... fill in the blank ;)
I am super cranky and find since my car accident very agitated with everyone. I have more I can add to the list but I'll stop
I need a DRINK!!!!!!!

omg this is like a major clusterf**k. So sorry!!
One suggestion: when talking to an overseas customer service rep, I always ask "Are you in the United States?". If they are overseas and say no, I then ask for a rep in the United States. It works. They transfer the call. Small consolation to you now
get that wine on girl.

 sorry I don't mean to laugh but I can feel your pain. There are Def days that everyone and everything just pisses me off

For someone who never really drinks, the second glass is pretty good

misery loves company. your vent has helped me feel more normal.
it feels like this has been my life for the passed 6 months!!

Yes, not sure but I think it's a law that they have to transfer you if you request it.

You can ask for an English speaking person or a person in the US. Most people don't know you can do that. I do it EVEYR time I call customer support.

You can ask for an English speaking person or a person in the US. Most people don't know you can do that. I do it EVEYR time I call customer support.
