want to help someone in need
i have an acquaintance who is going through a really tough time.
i would like to help her, somehow... but i don't know how.
she's in her 50's, she's a nurse, her DH is a teacher of some sort. she has a few kids: all teens (no little, little ones).
money is tight and she's struggling.
what would be an appropriate gift to send?
i want her to know that i've "got her back."
any and all suggestions will be welcome.

Something practical since money is tight.
Like a gift card to a supermarket or Target- so she can buy food and essentials.

Maybe a gas card? Or a grocery gift card? Or even CVS so they can use it toward medicine if needed?
