My coworker was telling me about the wi hard drive that he uses for long car drive. He says he can upload a ton of movies/shows abd use bluetooth to link it to the ipad for a more pleasant car ride Does anyone use this? Can you just take your movies and upload them to the hard drive? Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes it's for kids. But with the disney movies app, would you need storage room on the ipad? I have digital copies of disney movies but I don't have room on the ipad. My coworker said the movies are stored on the hard drive so you don't have to worry about not having room on the ipad.

Yes, I have them stored on my ipad. You can also stream them on the app, but I only do that if I have wifi.
