Optonline email - insert table
I created a Word document that includes a table.
I would like to take this document and send it as an email...but I do not want to send as an attachment
When I cut and paste the document, the grid lines disappear.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated..

Keep in mind that how you see an email on your end does not mean that the recipient will see it the same way. An attachment is the only way to guarantee that they will see what you want them to see.

But how do you know if they will be able to open the attachment..
What if the attachment is treated like junk...or if they do not allow attachment due to potential viruses?

You have zero control over what another person's email system will do. They can also block any emails from you, no matter what. They can block any emails with embedded tables. There are tons of "what ifs" in regards to email. If you are concerned with the table getting to the recipient intact, you need to have a back and forth conversation with them.
There are ways to minimize issues, however. Post the document in a shared on-line location (Google Drive, for example), and just send the link. Create a PDF document and send that. Most computers can read simple Excel files (even Apples, and Androids, without needing Excel)
